Vision:
The vision of the RAKWENA FOUNDATION is to empower the disadvantaged communities by making information more accessible to the youth and thus uplifting the community. This foundation will run from school level to the workplace environment
Mission
Career exhibitions mentorship programmes and tertiary expos will be among the programs run by RAKWENA FOUNDATION. This foundation aims to go around the high schools of South Africa in facilitating and empowering the scholars and post scholars in reaching their educational and career aspirations. As a great African proverb says “it takes a village to raise a child” therefore Rakwena Foundation together with the community will ensure that children experience and grow in a good environment, as “education is the greatest engine you can use to change the world” – Nelson Mandela. We will embark on raising funds and assisting students with bursary applications and acquiring students loans from institutions like NSFAS AND FUNDI so that they will be able to acquire their career dreams.

* Provide learners with information on where to get financial assistance
* To recognize high achievers in the circuit
* To help learners to use technology to apply for their career of choice
* Facilitating education opportunities and community participation activism
* The aim is to improve access to quality education to facilitate and implement skills development programmes
* To create and produce information and knowledge for better development planning and decision making
